Growing in Grace Campaign

Hundreds of girls have been cared for since Grace House opened in 1992. We enter our fourth decade with a proposed capital campaign to expand programs and facilities to serve more girls. The $4.75 million campaign will:

   • Expand our Campus School and add two more homes serving 10 additional girls in our Transitional Living Program

  • Build the Lois G. Coleman Mission Center as a hub of all campus activities, providing private space for intakes and first-year operating expenses for new programs and facilities

There are 2,500 girls in the foster care system in Alabama with a waiting list for the older girls who have no family in sight and will age out of foster care. The campaign will raise our capacity to serve up to 50 girls at one time on our campus. Join us to change the lives of girls living in foster care in Alabama! By improving a single girl’s life, you impact a family and the future lives for which that girl may be responsible.
