Capital Campaign Expansion Groundbreaking
A Campaign to Expand Our Mission

Since 1992, Grace House has provided a safe, stable, Christ-centered home for hundreds of Alabama girls in foster care. As we entered our fourth decade of ministry, we launched

Growing in Grace—a bold capital campaign to expand our capacity and serve even more girls with excellence and compassion.

The Vision: A $4.75 Million Capital Campaign

Through the Growing in Grace campaign, we have made strategic investments that will allow Grace House to grow physically, programmatically and spiritually:

  • Expanded educational space in our Campus School

  • Added two Transitional Living Program (TLP) homes, Elizabeth and Naomi Homes, for older girls aging out of foster care

  • Secured additional properties for future development and growth

  • Funded first-year operations for expanded programs and established an operating reserve

Today, nearly every phase of the Growing in Grace campaign has been completed. The final major project underway is the Lois G. Coleman Mission Center, which will serve as a central gathering space for activities and support services for our girls.

These improvements are helping us to raise the quality of care, grow our services and significantly increase the number of girls we can serve on our campus.

By improving the life of just one girl, you impact generations—her future family, her community and the lives she will touch.
